HELPING KEEP THE TRAILS

UP & RUNNING!

Mupsa History

The Michigan Upper Peninsula Snowmobile Association was founded in 1970 by Ray Freberg.

MUPSA is comprised of Big Bay 550 Snowmobile Club, U.P. Central, Hiawatha Trails, Moose Country,
Alger SORVA, Baraga Visitors Bureau, and Trenary Northern Trails. They’ve been grooming trails for
more than 50 years.

100% of funds collected through sponsorships and donations support grooming efforts across the
central U.P.

For more than 20 years, MUPSA has been distributing 20,000 maps to local businesses and visitor
bureaus at the start of each season. The businesses that place ads on the map are supporting the
snowmobile community. Join us, and support them during your trip to the central U.P.
